I was looking for a solution for redirects until I found this plugin. Does exactly what is required. A perfect solution.

Perfect.

I know this plugin hasn't been updated in a couple years, but IMHO Groups and its related plugins (like this one) are a hidden gem for WordPress sites. So many people jump to complicated membership plugins when they could do everything they need with Groups. This 404 redirect add-on works like a charm. I'm using it on the latest version of WP 5.x

I was getting redirect loops from non-authorized users trying to access restricted woocommerce pages... installed this plugin and set the option to redirecto the login page... and *BOOM* it works perfectly. Very groovy and simple plugin.

Fast and easy to set up and works as it should. I made a new page saying "You don't have permission to view this area." and it redirects the user to that page if they are logged in but don't have the correct rights to view the content. If the user is not logged in then the link will take the user to WP login page. Works out of the box with WP 4.9
