GTI Factura GTI Factura is a system that allows sending electronic invoices to the tax system of the Ministry of Finance to be registered as required by the regulations in the current resolution. The service is designed so merchants using the WooCommerce plugin can connect with GTI and issue electronic invoices.

What causes the error? An error occurred while generating your electronic invoice; please contact the site administrator.

Generally, this is due to incorrect plugin credentials configuration, or incorrect configuration of product attributes or taxes.

What should I do if the electronic invoice was not sent to the recipient?

  • 1- Verify that the entered email address is correct.
  • 2- Verify that all configurations follow the standard.
  • 3- Contact integraciones@gticr.com.
