1. Download zip
2. From your WP admin main menu, navigate to: Plugins > Add New > Upload
3. Browse to where you downloaded the plugin zip, click “Install Now” then click “Activate Plugin”
4. Add the shortcode [hcount] to any page, post, or Text widget

Done.
