HelpNinja HelpNinja is a simple helpdesk to manage your customer communication

This plugin helps you to connect to your Helpninja.com account. You will need an account with Helpninja in order to use this plugin.

With this plugin you can setup Lantern, which will help you to collect your customer queries by using a shortcode in your WordPress page or as a Javascript widget which will be shown in the footer of your website.

In addition to that, you can connect your WooCommerce or Easy Digital Download plugin. It will bring their order details inside the Helpninja panel.

1. Upload the plugin folder to your /wp-content/plugins/ folder
2. Go to the Plugins page and activate Helpninja
3. Setup Woocommerce, Lanter or Easy digital downloads as necessary.
