Plugin to add a simple notification system to WordPress.

1. Upload ‘hg-notifications’ to the ‘/wp-content/plugins/’ directory
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
3. Open the plugin’s admin page and configure it
