Installation
- Upload the
hi-express-woocommercefolder to the/wp-content/plugins/directory. - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
- Navigate to WooCommerce > Hi Express Settings.
- Enter your API Key and pick your environment (Production or Staging) in WooCommerce > Hi Express.
- Map your order statuses and register your webhook.

Faq
The full guide is built into the plugin at WooCommerce > Hi Express Docs, in Arabic and English. It covers setup, environments, sending orders, tracking, labels, COD, and troubleshooting.
Production is the live system: shipments are real and drivers are dispatched. Staging is a sandbox for testing your setup. Pick one in WooCommerce > Hi Express > API Configuration — the default is Production. API keys are not shared between the two.
You can obtain your API key from your Hi Express merchant dashboard.
Yes, the plugin automatically detects the COD amount and sends it to Hi Express as the collection value.
