Removes Blaze ads

Neatly and easily removes Blaze ads from post listings when Jetpack refuses to do so. Five stars.

Stop all that spam-crossselling-notice-promotion jetpack again

Absolutely fantastic!

WordPress is getting more and more annoying each year. Thank God for plugins like this that keep my dashboard clutter free.

Shameless promotion

By davekuhar on December 28, 2020

It's ridiculous that Automattic abuses the WordPress dashboard with constant Jetpack nags. My clients don't need the confusion created by their constant promotion of services that aren't needed or are already handled by other plugins or the site host. Thanks for creating an easy way to shut them up.

Perfect plugin!

I will often install Jetpack for client websites, and the free plan is all they need, but Jetpack insists on constantly bugging the client, via notifications, about things they do not need to worry about, causing confusion for the client. This plugin stops the annoying dashboard notifications, and the confusion is now gone! Thank you for creating this simple plugin -- it works perfectly!

Great Idea, if you have to use JetPack

By niallflynn (wordpressdublin) on May 11, 2020

I will premise this by saying no one should use JetPack, it needs to be segmented as its trying to do way to much. Also its now a new way to get Ads in your CMS. This plugin and all the new disable plugins are what WP should be offering as options. I have never seen so much of a drive to promote in a software as what is happening in 2020. Its just a bad idea all up to have banner ads in CMS.

Thanks

It works, thank you

The plugin that should not be

By Alvaro Gois dos Santos (alvarogois) on March 28, 2019

WordPress dashboard is a stage for abusive use of screen estate. The fact that Jetpack, a plugin by the company that confuses itself with WordPress, is leading the way in this abusive use is just wrong, a shame really, and setting the wrong example for all plugin and theme authors. WordPress urgently needs a way to put this nags where they belong: the plugin/theme specific settings page or some kind of notification center. Thank you Required for helping to clean up. It is not a definitive solution but it is a welcome panacea.
