Does this plugin require WooCommerce?

Yes, WooCommerce must be installed and active for this plugin to work.

Will hidden products be deleted from my database?

No, absolutely not. The plugin never deletes any product data. It simply filters products from frontend queries. All your product data, images, prices, and settings remain completely intact. Uncheck a product or category at any time to restore its visibility immediately.

Where do hidden products disappear from?

Hidden products are excluded from the shop page, category pages, product tag pages, and WooCommerce search results. Note: if a customer has a direct URL to a hidden product page, they may still be able to access it directly.

Can I hide a single product without hiding its entire category?

Yes. Use the AJAX live search field to find and select individual products. They will appear as visual “chips” and can be removed at any time.

Does this work with WooCommerce HPOS (High-Performance Order Storage)?

Yes, the plugin is fully compatible with WooCommerce HPOS.

Does the category tree show subcategories too?

Yes. The category tree is recursive and displays your full category hierarchy with proper indentation, making it easy to hide parent or child categories independently.

Will this slow down my store?

No. The plugin only adds lightweight query filters on the frontend. It has no impact on page load speed for customers.
