Bootstrap v4 img-fluid – Automatically add img-fluid class to all post and page content.

Installation

Step 1: Upload img-fluid folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory or click Install within the Add new plugin section.
Step 2: Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu inside the WordPress admin.

All of your post and page content will now have img-fluid class attached to images.

Worked in a flash!

I was weary of installing this as there were no reviews, and no tests on latest version of WP (4.9.8)...but it was simple: install, activate and job done. All my blog post pics are responsive - all posts edited accordingly adding img-fluid class. Brilliant - if all web applications were this easy!!!
