IndexSignal – SEO Index Monitor for Google
IndexSignal – SEO Index Monitor for Google
Description
WordPress indexing: review your pages before submitting
IndexSignal helps WordPress and WooCommerce site owners review public URLs, local indexability signals, and available saved index-status evidence. Start with a private local scan in wp-admin. Connect to FastIndexing.io only when you want to use its hosted services.
IndexSignal focuses on the gap between publishing a WordPress page and seeing it in Google Search. It complements your existing on-page SEO plugin: IndexSignal does not rewrite titles, descriptions, schema, or sitemap settings.

What IndexSignal helps you do
- Review available saved Google index-status evidence for WordPress posts, pages, WooCommerce products, and product categories. A saved result is not a live check.
- Filter public URLs and identify pages that need review rather than assuming every published page is indexed.
- Review observable indexability signals such as robots directives, canonical URLs, HTTP status, redirects, and sitemap discovery.
- Separate URLs that appear indexed, need a current check, are ready for indexing, or should be fixed first.
- Start an eligible URL indexing workflow only after reviewing the exact credit cost.
- Read available reports and previously recorded monitoring history. Current Basic submissions do not include independent D0-D14 monitoring.
- Work from the IndexSignal overview, Posts, Pages, Products, Gutenberg, the Classic Editor, bulk actions, or the WordPress admin bar.
Private local scan before connection
IndexSignal first discovers public WordPress content and local indexability signals on your own site. No account is required for this local scan, and nothing is sent to FastIndexing.io until an administrator chooses to connect for online checks.
The scanner supports posts, pages, WooCommerce products and categories, and same-host multilingual sitemap URLs. Private, password-protected, noindex, non-canonical, and catalog-hidden content is identified before an indexing workflow can start.
Free start and transparent credit control
- Free local discovery without a FastIndexing account.
- New accounts receive 60 one-time trial credits, enough for up to 2 eligible Basic URLs. Existing balances are unchanged.
- Starter: EUR19 for 3,000 credits / 100 Basic URLs. Bulk: EUR49 for 9,000 credits / 300 Basic URLs. No subscription; credits do not expire.
- Basic uses 30 credits per eligible URL accepted by the provider. Use the web dashboard for the current Basic packages and review the live estimate before confirming.
- Online checks and any first-site allowance depend on account eligibility and service availability. Local discovery is not a Google index check.
- No credit is spent before you review and confirm an online action.
- Current prices, excluded URLs, and any balance shortfall are shown before a workflow starts.
- Google Search Console is optional.
Local discovery remains available without a connected account. Online checks, indexing workflows, monitoring, reports, notifications, and payments use the FastIndexing.io hosted service.
Current Basic processing updates and available reports come from the submission provider; they are not independent FastIndexing checks. New Basic purchases do not include independent D0-D14 monitoring, Credit-Back or Money-Back guarantees. Existing workflows retain the terms recorded when they started. Google decides whether and when to index each URL.
How it works
- Run the private local scan from IndexSignal in wp-admin.
- Review your WordPress URLs and any local indexing blockers.
- Connect an existing account or create a free account when you want an online check.
- Select URLs, review the live estimate, and explicitly confirm the action.
- Follow available saved results. Use the web dashboard for current Basic submission packages and provider reports.
Privacy and external services
IndexSignal is an independent plugin and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
After an administrator explicitly connects the plugin, IndexSignal sends the verified site URL, selected public URLs, local indexability signals, plugin version, and requested actions to the FastIndexing.io API. FastIndexing.io uses this data to provide remote URL checks, indexing workflows, monitoring, reports, billing, and support. Read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Optional Google authorization takes place in the hosted service. Google credentials, account passwords, and Google access tokens are never stored in WordPress. Stripe processes checkout and payment details outside WordPress.

Faq
Use Google Search Console URL Inspection for the exact URL. In IndexSignal, online checks are available only when your account and the hosted service support them. Saved results are displayed with available evidence; they are not a guarantee of current Google indexing. The local WordPress scan reviews indexability, not Google’s live index.
No plugin can guarantee instant Google indexing. Submission, crawling and indexing are separate steps. For ordinary posts, pages and products, fix technical blockers, provide useful content, maintain a sitemap and internal links, and use Search Console for important URLs before considering a paid service.
No. Google’s Indexing API is restricted to eligible job-posting and livestream pages with the required structured data. It is not a general submission API for ordinary blog posts or WooCommerce products. IndexNow notifications also do not confirm Google indexing.
Common causes include a noindex directive, a canonical URL pointing elsewhere, robots restrictions, redirects or errors, missing discovery signals, duplicate content, or content Google does not choose to retain. IndexSignal reports observable technical signals and separates pages that should be fixed before any indexing workflow is considered.
No. On-page SEO plugins manage titles, descriptions, schema, sitemaps, and related settings. IndexSignal focuses on URL discovery, technical indexability, index-status checks, eligible indexing workflows, and saved monitoring history. They can be used together.
No. IndexSignal never starts a paid check or indexing workflow just because a post is published. You choose the URLs, see the exact cost, and confirm before anything starts.
No. Google Search Console is optional. Available checks and workflows can be used without storing Google credentials in WordPress.
No. Optional Google authorization and tokens stay in the hosted service infrastructure. WordPress stores only a revocable installation token for the connected site.
Yes. The local inventory includes public WooCommerce products and product categories. Out-of-stock status is informational; private, catalog-hidden, noindex, or non-canonical states may block or warn.
No. Google makes every indexing decision. IndexSignal checks technical eligibility, starts only the workflow you confirm, monitors saved evidence, and applies Credit-Back or Money-Back terms only where they are explicitly shown before confirmation.
The installation token is revoked on the hosted service and removed from WordPress. The local site scan is preserved unless you choose to remove local plugin data. Account billing records and remote reports remain subject to the account controls and retention policy.
