Installation
- Upload the
infonix-multi-agent-chatfolder to/wp-content/plugins/. - Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress.
- Navigate to Infonix Chat in the WordPress admin sidebar.
- Add your agents, configure settings, and customize the design.
- The floating widget will appear on your site automatically.

Yes. Go to the Agents tab and add as many team members as you like, each with their own department, contact number, and status.
Yes. After activation, you will find the “Infonix Multi-Agent Chat” widget in the Elementor editor.
Clicks are recorded in a custom database table. View analytics in the plugin’s Analytics tab with date range filtering.
No. CSS and JS are loaded only on pages where the widget is displayed.
