Infumar Affiliate Tracking is the official plugin that connects your WooCommerce store to the Infumar influencer marketing platform.

With this plugin, you can automatically track sales coming from affiliate links shared by influencers and calculate commissions.

How Does It Work?

  1. Get your API key from the Infumar platform
  2. Go to WordPress Admin > Infumar menu
  3. Enter your API key and save
  4. The plugin starts working automatically

Requirements

  • WordPress 5.0 or higher
  • WooCommerce 5.0 or higher
  • An active Infumar brand account
  • PHP 7.2 or higher

External Services

This plugin connects to the Infumar API, a third-party service, to provide affiliate tracking functionality.

What data is sent and when

  • Connection verification: When you test the connection from the settings page, a test request is sent to verify your API key is valid.
  • Product synchronization: When you click “Sync Products”, your WooCommerce product data (name, description, price, images, categories, stock status, variants) is sent to Infumar so influencers can see available products to promote.
  • Click tracking: When a visitor arrives via an influencer’s affiliate link, a click event is recorded.
  • Sale tracking: When an order is completed from an affiliate referral, order details (order ID, total, products, currency) are sent to calculate commissions.
  • Refund tracking: When an order is refunded, refund details are sent to adjust commissions accordingly.

Service provider

This service is provided by Infumar.

The API endpoint used: https://us-central1-infumar.cloudfunctions.net

  1. Upload the plugin through the WordPress admin panel or manually upload to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
  2. Go to the ‘Plugins’ menu in the WordPress admin panel and activate the plugin
  3. Click on the “Infumar” menu that appears in the left menu
  4. Enter the API key you received from the Infumar platform
  5. Click the “Save Settings” button
  6. Verify the connection is working with “Test Connection”
Where can I get the API key?

Log in to your Infumar brand account and create your API key from the E-commerce Integration section.

How is the commission rate determined?

50% of the total commission rate you set goes to the influencer, and 50% goes to the Infumar platform.

How are refunds processed?

When an order is refunded, the related commission is automatically cancelled.

What is product synchronization for?

By exporting your products to Infumar, you enable influencers to see the products they can promote.
