How It Works
- Customer selects GembaPay at checkout
- Customer is redirected to GembaPay’s secure checkout page

- Order status is automatically updated via webhook

- Complete KYC verification
- Get your API key from the merchant dashboard
- Install and configure this plugin
- Start accepting payments!
Installation
Automatic Installation
- Log in to your WordPress dashboard
- Go to Plugins > Add New
- Search for “Ivanov Payment Gateway with GembaPay”
- Click “Install Now” and then “Activate”
Manual Installation
- Download the plugin zip file
- Log in to your WordPress dashboard
- Go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin
- Choose the zip file and click “Install Now”
- Activate the plugin
Configuration
- Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments
- Click on “GembaPay” to configure
- Enable the payment method
- Enter your API Key from GembaPay dashboard
- Enter your Webhook Secret
- Copy the Webhook URL and add it to your GembaPay dashboard
- Save changes

Yes, you need to register at gembapay.com and complete KYC verification to get your API credentials.
GembaPay supports 86+ fiat currencies for pricing. Cryptocurrency payments support ETH, BNB, POL, USDC, USDT, the euro-pegged EURC stablecoin (on Ethereum and Polygon), and the GMB (GembaBlockchain) token, across Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, and Polygon networks.
Crypto payments are non-custodial – funds go directly from the customer’s wallet to your wallet via smart contract. GembaPay never holds your funds.

- Credit/Debit Cards: 1% + €0.20 + Stripe fees
- PayPal: 1% + €0.20 + PayPal fees
For card and PayPal payments, refunds are processed through those platforms. For crypto payments, refunds must be sent manually to the customer’s wallet address.
Yes! GembaPay uses industry-standard security practices. Crypto payments use audited smart contracts. Card payments are processed by Stripe. All API communications use TLS encryption.
