Description

Keskintech Marketplaces is a WooCommerce marketplace integration plugin that helps store owners manage products, pricing, stock, and orders across multiple marketplaces directly from WordPress.

The plugin supports three ways to work:

Template-Based (No Account Required)

  • Fill a marketplace’s spreadsheet (CSV or Excel) with your WooCommerce products
  • Manage pricing rules and product data locally on your own server
  • No account or external API connection required

Free Plan (Free Account Required)

  • Connect your store to supported marketplaces through their APIs
  • Publish and update products
  • Synchronize prices and stock
  • Synchronize orders using scheduled cron jobs
  • Fetch live category, attribute, and brand data
  • Free-plan usage is subject to API quotas

Paid Plans (Active Subscription Required)

  • Everything included in the Free plan
  • Higher API quotas
  • Products tab: compare your marketplace listings with your WooCommerce products
  • Real-time webhook order delivery
  • Instant stock synchronization
  • More frequent cron scheduling, down to every 10 minutes

Marketplace API credentials are encrypted client-side in the browser before submission. Template-based workflows operate entirely on your own server and do not transmit data to external services.

Template-Based Integration

Template-based workflows let you work with marketplaces without connecting an account or using their APIs.

  • Upload a marketplace’s spreadsheet (CSV or Excel), match its columns to your product fields, and download it filled with your products
  • Marketplace-specific pricing rules (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
  • Product-level and variation-level pricing, edited in a price grid with bulk editing
  • Manual attribute, category, and brand matching
  • Default stock assignment and brand management
  • Integration with WordPress brand plugins and fixed brand options
  • Detailed error logs

Template-based workflows are available for any marketplace that provides compatible file formats.

All template import and export operations run entirely on your own server.

Free Plan

A free Keskintech Marketplaces account unlocks API-based integration for supported marketplaces, including Trendyol, Hepsiburada, n11, Pazarama, and Amazon (Europe and North America).

The Free plan includes:

  • Product publishing via marketplace APIs
  • Price and stock synchronization
  • Automatic order synchronization using scheduled cron jobs
  • API-based category, attribute, and brand matching
  • Multi-region marketplaces: sell in several countries of a marketplace region, with products, prices, and orders handled per country
  • Marketplace catalog: find your product in the marketplace catalog and list it under the existing catalog record, on marketplaces that support it
  • Marketplace product fields: fill in what each marketplace asks for about a product or variation, right from the product edit screen
  • Connection management: reuse a connection stored in your Keskintech Marketplaces account (“Get my credentials”) or remove it (“Remove connection”)
  • Support for both simple and variable WooCommerce products

Paid Plans

Paid plans require a Keskintech Marketplaces account with an active subscription.

Plans are available at https://keskintechmarketplaces.com.

A 7-day free trial is available for new accounts. Account registration and a valid payment method are required.

Paid plans include everything in the Free plan, plus:

  • Higher API quotas: larger usage allowances for product and order operations
  • Real-time webhook order delivery: receive supported marketplace orders as soon as they are created instead of waiting for the next scheduled cron interval
  • Instant stock synchronization: push updated stock levels to enabled marketplaces immediately when an order arrives from WooCommerce or another marketplace
  • Flexible cron scheduling: schedule product and order synchronization as often as every 10 minutes
  • Products tab: compare your listings on a marketplace with your WooCommerce products: what is only on the marketplace, only on your site, or differs in price or stock

Supported Marketplaces

API Integration (Free and Paid plans):

  • Trendyol (Turkey, Germany, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Greece, Slovakia, Romania, the Czech Republic, and Bulgaria)
  • Hepsiburada
  • n11
  • Pazarama
  • Amazon (Europe and North America)

Marketplace catalog support: Amazon, n11, and Pazarama.

Additional marketplace integrations may be added over time.

Template-Based Integration (No Account Required):

Template-based workflows are available for marketplaces that provide CSV or Excel (XLSX) files.

External Services

This plugin connects to the Keskintech Marketplaces API Gateway (https://apigw.keskintechmarketplaces.com) to provide API-based marketplace integration features.

What data is sent?

  • WordPress site URL: sent during license activation to bind the license to your site
  • Marketplace API credentials you provide: encrypted in your browser before submission
  • WooCommerce product data: including title, description, price, stock, images, attributes, and categories when products are published or updated through an API
  • Order data received from marketplaces: imported into WooCommerce during order synchronization
  • Catalog searches: the barcode, product name, or catalog ID you search for
  • Stored connections: the credential ID of a connection you bind to your site or remove
  • Plugin version and platform identifier (wordpress): sent with API requests for compatibility tracking

Marketplace credentials are encrypted client-side using RSA-OAEP through the Web Crypto API before submission. The WordPress server and API gateway do not receive plaintext marketplace credentials.

Some marketplaces are connected through their own authorization page instead of API credentials. Your browser is sent to that page to approve access; the API gateway receives the authorization, saves it encrypted after you confirm the connection in your Keskintech Marketplaces account, and your WordPress site stores a credential ID instead of the authorization itself.

When is data sent?

Data is transmitted to the API gateway only when the relevant API feature is being used, such as:

  1. Activating a license
  2. Configuring marketplace API credentials or connecting a marketplace account
  3. Manually publishing or updating products
  4. Running an automated product or order synchronization task
  5. Using other API-based marketplace features

Template-based import and export operations work entirely locally and do not transmit data to external services.

Service Information

  • Service: Keskintech Marketplaces API Gateway
  • Provider: Furkan Keskintaş / Keskintech Marketplaces
  • API base URL: https://apigw.keskintechmarketplaces.com
  • Website: https://keskintechmarketplaces.com
  • Privacy Policy: Privacy Policy
  • Terms of Service: Terms of Service

Third-Party Marketplaces

When API integration is active, product and order data is also transmitted to the respective marketplace APIs according to their own terms of service and privacy policies.

Webhooks

When webhook order delivery is enabled, supported marketplaces can send order events to the Keskintech API gateway.

The gateway forwards order details to a dedicated REST endpoint on your WordPress site (/wp-json/ktmp/v1/webhook/{token}) using HMAC-SHA256 signatures.

How It Works

  1. Connect a marketplace: Configure the marketplace and its connection settings.
  2. Enter API credentials or connect your account: Required for API-based features on supported marketplaces.
  3. Define pricing rules: Set marketplace-specific pricing adjustments.
  4. Map categories and attributes: Match WooCommerce data to marketplace fields manually or by fetching live marketplace data through the API.
  5. Publish products or export templates: Publish products through an API or export them to XLSX/CSV templates.
  6. Synchronize orders: Use scheduled cron synchronization or real-time webhooks where supported and available on your plan.
  7. Monitor activity: Review transaction history, marketplace responses, and error reports.

Requirements

  • WordPress 6.0 or higher
  • WooCommerce 6.3.1 or higher
  • PHP 7.4 or higher
  • HTTPS (SSL) is required for API integration features

Template-based features can be used without HTTPS.

Security & Data Handling

  • All communication with the API gateway is performed over HTTPS (TLS 1.2+).
  • Marketplace API credentials are encrypted client-side in the browser using RSA-OAEP (Web Crypto API) before being submitted.
  • The WordPress server and Keskintech API gateway do not receive plaintext marketplace credentials.
  • Only the encrypted credential data and an HMAC-SHA256 fingerprint are stored and transmitted.
  • For marketplaces connected through their own authorization page, the API gateway stores the authorization encrypted and your WordPress site stores a credential ID.
  • Template-based export and import operations are performed locally; no data leaves your server.
  1. Download the plugin ZIP file.
  2. Go to Plugins > Add New in your WordPress dashboard.
  3. Upload the downloaded ZIP file and click Install Now.
  4. Activate the plugin.
  5. Go to Keskintech Marketplaces > Settings.
  6. For API features, create or connect your Keskintech Marketplaces account and configure the required marketplace credentials.
  7. For paid-plan features, enter the license key from your Keskintech Marketplaces account at https://keskintechmarketplaces.com.
Can I use the plugin without a Keskintech account?

Yes. Filling marketplace spreadsheets (CSV or Excel), pricing rules, manual attribute/category/brand matching, and error logs work entirely on your own server and do not require an account.

What is the Free plan?

The Free plan requires a free Keskintech Marketplaces account and provides API-based integration for Trendyol, Hepsiburada, n11, Pazarama, and Amazon (Europe and North America).

It includes product publishing, price and stock synchronization, scheduled order synchronization, and API-based category, attribute, and brand matching.

Free-plan API usage is subject to quotas.

What are the Free plan limits?

Free-plan product and order operations are subject to usage quotas. Limits may apply per marketplace and across the account.

When a quota is reached, the affected operation temporarily pauses and automatically resumes when the quota resets.

Paid plans provide higher API quotas.

Which features require a paid subscription?

Higher API quotas, real-time webhook order delivery, instant stock synchronization, more frequent cron scheduling down to 10-minute intervals, and the Products tab require an active subscription.

Where can I get a subscription?

Subscriptions are available at https://keskintechmarketplaces.com.

A 7-day free trial is available for new accounts. Account registration and a valid payment method are required. The trial lasts the full 7 days.

Which marketplaces support API integration?

Trendyol, Hepsiburada, n11, Pazarama, and Amazon (Europe and North America) currently support API-based product publishing, price and stock synchronization, and order synchronization on both Free and paid plans.

Can I sell in several countries of one marketplace?

Yes. On multi-region marketplaces, such as Amazon and Trendyol, you add the countries you sell in under a region. Products, prices, and orders are handled per country.

Does the plugin support marketplace catalogs?

Yes. On marketplaces with catalog support (Amazon, n11, and Pazarama), you can find your product in the marketplace catalog and list it under the existing catalog record.

Do you support real-time order webhooks?

Yes. Trendyol (Turkey storefront) and Hepsiburada currently support real-time webhook order delivery.

What is instant stock synchronization?

When an order arrives from WooCommerce or another marketplace, the plugin can immediately push the updated stock level to selected marketplaces instead of waiting for the next scheduled synchronization.

This feature is available on paid plans and can be configured per marketplace from the Order Settings tab.

Can I use template exports for marketplaces without API integration?

Yes. Template-based workflows support marketplaces that provide CSV or Excel (XLSX) files.

Upload the marketplace’s spreadsheet, match its columns to your product fields, and download it filled with your products.

Does the plugin work with WPML or Polylang?

Yes. When you send products, you choose the language. Only products that exist in that language are sent, with their title and description in that language.

Does the plugin support variation products?

Yes. Both simple and variable WooCommerce products are supported.

Is HTTPS required?

HTTPS is required for API integration features.

Template-based import and export features can be used without HTTPS.

Is this plugin compatible with WooCommerce HPOS?

Yes. The plugin fully supports WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS) and custom order tables.

Is my marketplace API password sent to Keskintech in plain text?

No. Marketplace API credentials are encrypted in your browser using RSA-OAEP before they are submitted.

The WordPress server and Keskintech API gateway do not receive plaintext marketplace credentials.

Türkiye pazaryerleri ile çok iyi çalışıyor. Artık entegrasyon işimizin tamamını bu eklenti ile yapıyoruz. Ama sizden ricam yurtdışı pazaryerlerini de eklemeniz.

3.2

  • New: A fresh look for every plugin screen: marketplaces, settings, pricing, matching, logs, scheduled jobs, and the marketplace parts of the product edit page.
  • New: Sending and updating products is a step-by-step screen. Choose the marketplace, send through the API or with a file, pick the products, and see which ones will be skipped and why before anything is sent. An update can also become a job that repeats regularly.
  • New: Fill a marketplace’s spreadsheet on the same screen: upload it (CSV or Excel), match its columns to your product fields, and download it filled with your products. No account is needed.
  • New: Multilingual stores (WPML or Polylang): when you send products, you choose the language of their titles and descriptions. Only products that exist in that language are sent; SKU, price, stock, and matches come from the original product.
  • New: Trendyol country of origin. Set a default for each storefront and change it per product.
  • New: Copy another marketplace’s price rules into the form. Nothing is saved until you press Save.
  • New: Hide the marketplace columns you do not need on the Price by Product screen. Each user keeps their own choice.
  • New: Pick several variation images at once and put them in order by dragging or with the keyboard, up to 5 per variation.
  • New: Logs come in pages, and transactions can be filtered by type, marketplace, status, and date. A transaction shows who started it, what was updated, and which products it included.
  • New: The Settings page lists the license of each marketplace with its plan and expiry date.
  • New: Delete one country of a marketplace region right from the marketplace list. The region and its other countries stay.
  • New: In a product’s marketplace fields, long value lists can be searched. If the fields cannot be loaded for a moment, you can try again without closing the window.
  • Improvement: When the plugin’s sign-in to the Keskintech Marketplaces service expires, it signs in again and carries on instead of pausing your jobs.
  • Improvement: Matching windows show the full category path, so categories with the same name can be told apart.
  • Improvement: Amazon country settings no longer show the unused default tax rate, and the Tax settings no longer list Amazon. Saved values are kept.
  • Change: The Products tab, which compares your marketplace listings with your products, is now part of the paid plans. On the Free plan the tab says so right away.
  • Improvement: Order notes about cancelled and refunded items read as whole sentences in every language.
  • Removed: Saved templates. Templates you saved earlier are deleted during the update. You can still fill a marketplace’s spreadsheet with your products.
  • Fix: A marketplace could keep a second order schedule that went on fetching orders after you turned fetching off. Each marketplace now keeps one; extra schedules are paused during the update.
  • Fix: Tax rates of 100 or more, negative numbers, and text are refused with a message, and what you typed stays in the form. The default tax rate in the marketplace settings keeps decimals such as 8.5 where the marketplace accepts them.
  • Fix: A variation without its own SKU, or with the same SKU as its parent product, is refused with a clear message instead of being sent with the parent’s SKU.
  • Fix: Title length is counted in characters, so titles with accented letters are no longer refused too early.
  • Fix: Sending a product to a catalog record from two windows at the same time no longer sends it twice.
  • Fix: In price rules, a rounding value of 0 is saved without an error, and rounding values with a leading zero keep their value.
  • Fix: After you delete a marketplace, the list always opens with the confirmation message.
  • Fix: A deleted order schedule comes back the next time you save the order settings, and old log files are removed from the disk together with their transactions.

3.1

  • New: Trendyol storefronts in Germany, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Greece, Slovakia, Romania, the Czech Republic, and Bulgaria, next to Turkey. Your existing Trendyol connection becomes the Turkey storefront during the update. Order webhooks and the cargo company are used on the Turkey storefront only. Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Kuwait take prices only in their own currency and with their own VAT rate.
  • New: Products tab on the marketplace edit page. It compares your listings on Trendyol, Hepsiburada, n11, Pazarama, and Amazon with your WooCommerce products, without changing anything. The marketplace prepares the list in the background, so you can leave the page; the last list stays on the tab with the date it was fetched. The tab appears once your API credentials are saved. On Amazon the list can be 1 to 6 hours old.
  • New: Price rules can have a name and can be reordered by drag and drop. Invalid rounding values are refused when saving, and the rules are saved together or not at all.
  • New: WooCommerce is declared as a required plugin (WordPress 6.5 and later).
  • Improvement: A service outage no longer pauses scheduled jobs. If the license is refused, the site admin gets an e-mail, and jobs the plugin paused resume on their own after the next successful license check.
  • Improvement: A license renewal is picked up as soon as the old license period ends, instead of up to 30 days later.
  • Improvement: If WooCommerce is missing or too old, the plugin stays active and shows a notice instead of deactivating itself.
  • Improvement: A daily cleanup removes price records of deleted products and matches of deleted categories, values, brands, and attributes. Matches of attributes that no product uses are also removed. Each cleanup leaves one summary line in the log. Opening a matching window no longer deletes matches.
  • Fix: A partial cancellation or refund puts stock back only when the order had reduced it. Order numbers show in the order log.
  • Fix: When the rest of an order is cancelled after a partial cancellation, the units already put back are not added to stock a second time.
  • Fix: Saving order settings again while the webhook is still being set up no longer breaks the setup. Webhook requests with a wrong signature no longer change “Last event received”.
  • Fix: Category names with an apostrophe or quote no longer break the matching windows.
  • Fix: Cron Jobs: after a failed Start, an order job shows the job list, and an update job’s edits are saved instead of starting it again. A job whose settings file is missing, damaged, or incomplete is paused.
  • Fix: A failed job save on the Process page shows the reason instead of “undefined”.
  • Fix: A 0% default VAT rate is now sent with your products instead of being treated as missing.
  • Security: Stricter permission checks on admin pages, stricter checks on uploaded template files, random names for stored job files, and safer output.

3.0

  • New: Amazon (Europe and North America) API integration with product publishing, price and stock synchronization, and order synchronization. Amazon is included in the Free plan.
  • New: Multi-region marketplaces. Sell in several countries of a marketplace region, with products, prices, and orders handled per country.
  • New: Marketplace catalog support for Amazon, n11, and Pazarama. Find your product in the marketplace catalog and list it under the existing catalog record.
  • New: Marketplace product fields for each product and variation, filled in from the product edit screen.
  • New: “Get my credentials” and “Remove connection” in the marketplace settings to reuse or remove connections stored in your account.
  • Improvement: Price by Product is now an editable price grid with bulk editing. The page requires JavaScript.
  • Improvement: Trendyol cargo company list updated to Trendyol’s current carriers.
  • Improvement: Marketplace operation results are now tracked for about 25 hours before an operation is marked as failed.
  • Fix: Entering wrong API credentials no longer marks a working connection as failed, and re-entering the same credentials no longer turns off its webhook.
  • Fix: PHP 8.4 deprecation notice.
  • Removed: Variation Group Code field. Saved values are deleted during the update.
  • Database: The plugin updates its database tables during the update. Back up your site before updating.

  • New: “Refresh” button on the Settings page to re-check your plan and feature availability on demand.
  • Improvement: Paid-only features are now clearly marked in marketplace Order Settings.
  • Improvement: Streamlined the Cron Jobs list view.
