1. Upload the plugin folder to /wp-content/plugins/kiswa-cod-fee-for-woocommerce/ or install it directly from the Plugins page.
2. Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress.
3. Ensure the built-in Cash on Delivery payment method is enabled in WooCommerce → Settings → Payments.
4. Visit WooCommerce → Settings → COD Fee and configure:
   • Enable or disable the fee.
   • Fee type (fixed or percentage).
   • Fee amount.
   • Minimum order total (optional).
   • Fee label.
