Kiyoh Reviews integrates your WooCommerce store with the Kiyoh review platform. Automatically send review invitations to customers after purchase and display both company and product reviews on your store.

Requirements

  • WordPress 6.2 or higher
  • WooCommerce
  • PHP 7.4 or higher
  • Kiyoh account with API access
  1. Upload the plugin files to /wp-content/plugins/kiyoh-reviews, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen
  2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress
  3. Go to Settings > Kiyoh to configure the plugin
  4. Enter your Kiyoh API key, location ID, and server URL
  5. Enable review invitations and configure your preferred settings

Where do I find my Kiyoh API credentials?

Log in to your Kiyoh account and navigate to the API settings section to find your API key and location ID.

Can I customize when review invitations are sent?

Yes, you can choose to send invitations when orders are marked as “completed” or “processing”. You can also set a delay in seconds before the invitation is sent.

Can I send review invitations manually?

Yes, you can send a review invitation manually from any order by selecting “Send Kiyoh review invitation” from the order actions dropdown.

Are invitations sent multiple times if an order status changes?

No, automatic invitations are only sent once per order. However, you can always send additional invitations manually if needed.
