This plugin allows you to implement the forms you’ve created on the Know Platform.

Simply use our provided shortcodes to show a form on any page.

You must have a valid Know Platform subscription for this plugin to function properly.

Installation

Install the following plugin before activating this:

Know – Base

To install, simply:

Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/know-co-platform-forms directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress
Use the Know PLatform->Forms screen to configure your client portal to match your website’s design.
