Description

Komfortkasse retrieves bank transfers from a bank account and automatically assignes them to unpaid orders. The assignment is done automatically in the background and is fault-tolerant, i.e. an order can still be assigned if the name does not match, the order number is not specified or the amount differs.

In addition, automatic payment reminders can be sent and refunds can be performed directly.

This extension provides the interface for the Komfortkasse online service, transferring information about open orders to Komfortkasse and retrieveing payment status updates from Komfortkasse. Registration on komfortkasse.eu is required (free trial available). You even don\’t need a bank account, you can use Komfortkasse\’s omnibus account. This plugin is designed for SEPA countries. It also works if your company is outside SEPA, but serving customers in that area.

Must Have für Automatisierung

Bestellungsdaten, Versand funktioniert bei uns alles automatisch. Nur Vorkassenzahlungen mussten manuell bearbeitet werden. Die Einrichtung war unkompliziert, der Webhost musste einige Einstellungen am Server vornehmen, was problemlos war und in der Anleitung erklärt wird. Besonders möchte ich hervorheben, wie einfach die Anbindung des eigenen Kontos war. Es muss nur in der Banking App bestätigt werden. Nach den Anpassungen der Optionen für die einzelnen Bestell-Stati und wann Informationen an den Kunden gesendet werden sollen, funktioniert nun alles voll automatisch und wir können uns auf den Kundensupport und die Datenpflege konzentrieren. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Unser Kunde nutzt die Komfortkasse in Verbindung mit WooCommerce schon länger und es funktioniert einwandfrei. Der Support ist ausgezeichnet. Als Agentur kann ich das gut einschätzen. Alle Fragen werden schnell und ausführlich beantwortet.

Broken since PSD2 conversion

Worked for a while very well. Since PSD2 conversion no sync possible anymore for us. Support can't help. Disappointing.

Kann ich nur allen empfehlen, die sich damit quälen Vorkasse-Zahlungen zu tracken und Nicht-Zahlungen manuell hinterherzurennen. Dieses Plugin erledigt all das und spart somit wertvolle Zeit. Der Support per Live-Chat ist auch Top!

Einfache Einrichtung und Top Support

Das Plugin war super einfach einzurichten und hat auf Anhieb super funktioniert. Als wir eine kleine Zusatzfunktion brauchten, war der Support blitzschnell am Start und hat geholfen und direkt umgesetzt. Seitdem spart es uns sehr viel Aufwand und automatisiert quasi das Vorkasse- und Zahlungserinnerungs-Managements.
