How do I get an API Key?

Sign up at your TrendSync dashboard and generate an API key from the settings page.

What is the Backend URL?

This is your TrendSync API server URL (e.g., https://api.yourdomain.com).

Does this work with caching plugins?

Yes, but clear your cache after configuration changes. The plugin caches metadata for 10 minutes per page to reduce API calls.

Will this slow down my site?

No. Metadata is cached for 10 minutes per page path, minimizing API calls.

What happens if the backend is unavailable?

The plugin fails gracefully — your site continues to work normally, just without injected metadata.
