First time PRO LatePoint user here, I bumped into two issues and had a few questions - the support is amazing. They replied to my emails within a day or two, reviewed my cases carefully and answered everything. The tiny bugs were patched within days in the next update. Kudos to Sravan and the dev team!

I started working with the plugin a few days ago and the workflow is very nice.

Also needed the support team. There replay was very quick. Perfect service.

We use latepoint for 3 small scale private medical practices with 200-400 appointments per month for both in person and online appointments. The plugin has always been great, with barely any footprint on Google PageSpeed Insights. Patients (including the less technically savvy) have always praised the ease of use, and we've been comfortable regarding the security of the data.

The only time we've ever had an issue was a conflict with the local payment processor plugin, which got promptly resolved through latepoint support.

I have only encouraging thoughts to share with anyone still on the fence about buying the plugin. So far, we've never had any second thoughts about the purchase.

I have just started using LatePoint for the first time and although I found their Knowledge Base a bit lacking, their support team was professional and very quick to answer my questions - even sharing videos of the steps to follow.

I do think if their documentation is expanded and kept up to date the support team won’t have to deal with so many direct queries though.

Other than that I love the plugin and all the customisation options (although a bit overwhelming to begin with). The booking system looks very professional and easy to use from a customer’s perspective.

Side note, I have a pro license and it wasn’t very clear when installing that I had to also activate the pro add-on - especially since it was listed way at the bottom of the page (I felt silly having to contact support to find this out!)

I used the plugin for less than a year. Now I don't use it anymore.

Easy to use and learn because support is fast, supportive and helpful.

Plugin works perfect, offers a lot of customization, and the support is good and really fast!

I recommend it 100%
