Thank you. But to make Masteriyo lms better I wanna share my experience of using different lms.
- You are going to be the best wordpress lms in the future. Why? I'll tell you: you only had one opponent which was Tutor lms. I wanna tell you that you don't need to worry about Tutor lms anymore because it has many issues and don't have a good support and its free themes are full of problems and old+not flexible and it made its new themes paid and another thing that made it worse is that they are using a paid page builder named droip and they don't use elementor for their pages anymore. Because of this action, many lms users will be lucky to try Masteriyo.
- On the contrary i see that Masteriyo lms is going the right way and is making its themes by Gutenberg by wordpress which is faster and better than any page builder and it's also free and this approach of Masteriyo means that the team is trying its best efforts to make its users needless from other plugins and themes.
And the reason i gave 3 stars: Dear Masteriyo team. Your lms and your efforts deserve 10 stars and 5 are not enough but something is very urgent for the users: Video tutorials to use Masteriyo lms. The only thing that Masteriyo lacks is the video tutorials about everything of the lms. Specially those hard and important parts such as emails etc.

He utilizado Masteriyo LMS durante un año completo para gestionar mi plataforma educativa, y aunque al inicio parecía una solución moderna y funcional, la experiencia ha estado marcada por varios problemas técnicos y operativos que afectan directamente la fiabilidad del sistema.
Renovación de suscripción sin respaldo
Masteriyo anunció públicamente que los usuarios con planes antiguos mantendrían sus condiciones. Sin embargo, al intentar renovar mi plan vinculado a PayPal, el soporte me respondió que “nuestro procesador de pagos no admite la función de actualización”. Esto contradice lo que se comunicó en sus redes sociales, y no se me ofreció ninguna alternativa para conservar mi plan anterior, a pesar de tener pagos automáticos configurados y en este momento tengo el plan vencido.
Problemas reiterativos en el sistema de pagos
Algunos clientes han tenido dificultades para completar sus pagos, recibiendo mensajes como “No podemos procesar su pedido. Por favor, inténtelo de nuevo.”. Aunque otros usuarios logran pagar sin problema, los errores son recurrentes. La única respuesta del soporte ha sido “limpiar la caché”.
Fallos en la integración con Bunny.net
Seguí el procedimiento oficial para integrar Bunny.net vía HLS, pero las visualizaciones no se contabilizan correctamente. El ancho de banda se consume, pero las vistas aparecen en cero. Nuevamente, la única respuesta del soporte fue “limpiar la caché”, a pesar de que al insertar los videos directamente sí funcionan adecuadamente. (parece que la solución a todo es "limpia la cache" cosa que realizo regularmente)
Limitaciones en traducción y multilenguaje
Masteriyo no ofrece soporte nativo para múltiples idiomas (Español). Recomiendan usar Loco Translate, pero este plugin no traduce correctamente muchas cadenas del LMS. Las traducciones deben hacerse manualmente, y cada actualización del plugin introduce nuevas cadenas que requieren volver a traducir, lo que vuelve el mantenimiento muy tedioso.
Fallo en la caducidad de acceso a cursos
Me proporcionaron un código para controlar la expiración del acceso de los alumnos, el cual funcionaba bien. Sin embargo, tras una actualización, los estudiantes siguen accediendo a los cursos sin límite, incluso después de la fecha de vencimiento. No he recibido respuesta ni solución por parte del soporte técnico.
Conclusión
Tras un año de uso, puedo decir que Masteriyo LMS tiene una interfaz moderna y buenas ideas, pero presenta problemas críticos en pagos, soporte y traducción . La falta de respuestas efectivas y la inconsistencia entre lo que prometen y lo que cumplen hacen que no pueda recomendarlo para proyectos educativos que requieren estabilidad y fiabilidad y sobre todo si lo requieres usar en español.
