1. Upload the leira-transients folder to /wp-content/plugins/, or install it directly via the WordPress Plugin Directory.
2. Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress.
3. Navigate to Tools → Transients to start managing your transients.
4. That’s it — you’re ready to go!
