  1. Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/librax-invoice directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
  2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress.
  3. Go to WooCommerce PDF Invoices to configure the settings.

Does this plugin have any paid features or Pro version?

No. All core features are completely free.

Does it support WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS)?

Yes. The plugin is fully compatible with HPOS.

Can customers download documents from My Account?

Yes. Customers can view and download Invoice, Proforma Invoice, and Credit Note directly from their account.

How does sequential invoice numbering work?

You can choose between using WooCommerce order numbers or sequential numbering. Sequential mode adds the current year as prefix (e.g. 20261001), automatically resets each year, and allows admins to set or modify the next invoice number at any time.

Does it skip zero-total orders?

Yes. The plugin intelligently skips invoice generation for orders with zero total amount.

Does it support migration from other invoice plugins?

Can I customize or add my own templates?

Yes. You can add custom templates by placing them in your (child) theme folder:
your-theme/librax-invoice/
We strongly recommend using a child theme to avoid losing custom templates on updates.

Does it support Chinese, Japanese and Korean?

Yes. Full CJK support is provided via the MiSans font (as a free font extension) for clean, professional multilingual PDFs.
