  1. Upload the logicrays-easy-responsive-gallery-with-slider folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
  2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
  3. Place [LERGS id=XYZ] or [OWLERGS id=XYZ] in your posts, pages, or use <?php echo do_shortcode( '[LERGS id=XYZ]' ); ?> in your template files (replace XYZ with your gallery ID).

How can I find the ID of my gallery?

You can find the ID in the “LERGS Gallery” list or inside the edit screen of your specific gallery in the WordPress admin area.

How do I display a grid gallery versus a slider carousel?

Use the [LERGS id=XYZ] shortcode for a column-based grid gallery. Use the [OWLERGS id=XYZ] shortcode for a slider carousel. Replace XYZ with your gallery’s ID.

How do I customize columns, colors, and animations?

Navigate to LERGS Gallery > Settings in your WordPress admin menu. Here, you can configure the hover animation style, hover overlay color, text color, number of layout columns (2, 3, or 4), thumbnail layouts, and more.

Can I add custom labels/captions to my images?

Yes. When editing or adding images in your gallery post, each image will have an input field where you can type an image label. You can enable or disable these labels from appearing in the front-end gallery via the plugin settings.

Does this plugin include a lightbox effect?

Yes, the plugin has built-in Fancybox integration. Clicking on any image in either the grid gallery or the slider carousel will automatically trigger a beautiful responsive lightbox overlay.

Can I write custom CSS styles for the gallery?

Yes. In LERGS Gallery > Settings, there is a “Custom css” box where you can add your custom CSS styles directly. Please make sure not to include <style> tags.
