Lotusa Price Campaigns for WooCommerce

Lotusa Price Campaigns for WooCommerce helps store owners update product prices in controlled AJAX batches without editing products one by one.

Before changing a product, the plugin stores its previous regular price, sale price, and sale dates. An eligible campaign can later be restored from Campaign History.

Safety notes

• Make a complete database backup before the first large campaign.
• Test the first campaign on a staging copy whenever possible.
• Wait for a campaign to finish before starting another price campaign.
• Review skipped and failed products in the live log.
• Before restoring an older campaign, confirm its products were not manually changed by a newer process.

External services

The plugin includes the Freemius SDK for optional account connection, license activation, secure delivery of Pro updates, purchases, and product analytics after consent. Free campaign processing and price history remain on the WordPress site.

When a site administrator opts in, activates a license, purchases Pro, or manages the account, Freemius may receive technical site and plugin information needed to provide those services. Users can skip the optional connection and continue using the free campaign features.

Privacy

Campaign settings, product identifiers, before/after price values, and campaign logs are stored in the site’s own WordPress database. The optional Freemius connection is governed by the disclosure above and the consent screen shown by its SDK.

Lotusa Price Campaigns for WooCommerce is developed and maintained by Simeon Brashnenkov (WordPress.org username: lotusa01).

1. Make a database backup.
2. Upload the plugin ZIP through Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin, or copy the plugin folder to /wp-content/plugins/.
3. Activate WooCommerce.
4. Activate Lotusa Price Campaigns for WooCommerce.
5. Open WooCommerce > Price Campaigns.
6. Review the campaign scope and run the first campaign on a staging copy or after a complete backup.

Does the plugin support variable products?

Yes. Each variation is processed as an individual WooCommerce product. The variable parent product is synchronized after its variations are updated.

Can I change regular prices?

Yes. The free edition can increase or decrease regular prices by percentage. You can choose whether an existing sale price should be removed.

Can I create sale prices?

Yes. Select Promotional price and enter the percentage discount to calculate from each product’s regular price.

Can I undo a campaign?

Yes. The plugin saves the old regular price, sale price, and sale dates for each successfully changed product. Use Restore / Undo in Campaign History.

Can I target selected categories or products?

Yes. Category targeting is included in Free, including parent categories and their descendants. Pro adds tags, product IDs/SKUs, attributes, stock, price ranges, and individual variation pricing.

Can Pro normalize all regular prices to .99 or .95 endings?

Yes. In Pro, select Regular / current price and choose Normalize price ending. You can round up, round down, or use the nearest .99 or .95 ending. For example, .99 + Round up changes 12.38 to 12.99 and 6.64 to 6.99.

What happens when a product has no regular price?

The product is skipped and the reason is shown in the live log.

Does uninstalling delete campaign history?

No. The database tables are intentionally preserved because their stored values may still be needed to review or restore prices.
