LRF speed converter

Convert time/distance (either mins/km or mins/mile) to distance per hour (kph or mph).

This section describes how to install the plugin and get it working.

e.g.

1. Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/plugin-name directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress
3. The plugin is activated.
4. Just add [lrf_calculator] to any place in your site where you want the converter shown
5. Converter is shown horizontal. If you want it vertical, use [lrf_calculator showas=’vertical’]
