To improve user experience, MailPoet may use the following 3rd party libraries if the Load 3rd-party libraries setting is enabled:

Yes, we are GDPR compliant. We do not have a Data Processing Agreement though. Our privacy notice can act as an agreement and GDPR takes this into consideration. By using our service, you acknowledge our Privacy Notice.
We suggest that you also add a link to our Privacy Notice in your own Privacy Notice page. What’s important is to make sure that your subscribers are aware that MailPoet delivers your email, if you send with MailPoet that is.

Keeps crashing my WooCommerce

Let's be frank - I loved it as long as it worked fine.
Recently it started crashing my wordpress installation whenever I tried to update my woocommerce order status - a part of the script using the same css or some such.
Ok, stuff like this can happen - just message the devs and they push a fix, right?
Wrong. I tried to contact them every which way - it is next to impossible to send a bug report as a non subscription user. I did subscribe for a while to receive support during the installation process, but that has long expired. And now I can't even send you info about a serious bug without giving you money?
Abysmal.

I’ve been using MailPoet for a while now, and it’s been a really solid email marketing tool inside WordPress. The integration is seamless, and I love that I can manage subscribers, design emails, and send newsletters without leaving the dashboard. The templates look great on all devices, and scheduling/blog post automation saves me a ton of time.

I used mailpoet for my personal blog. Each time I use the email notification for newly published article, it embeds the wrong article: not the new one but the one published before. I have to re-publish the article for it to work. Result: my recipients gets 2 emails, one wrong, one correct. Luckily it is just for personal use only, I will never use this plugin for business usage.
MailPoet Ruined My Email Campaign and Set Me Back a Year

This plugin is garbage, and, according to others it's getting worse with every revision. Don't get locked into using it.
* The documentation is poor and poorly written - eg, there's a difference between a "MailPoet account email" and an "email associated with your MailPoet account"
* Support is non-existent except for the most degenerate, vicious circle of AI slop - eg, I've been waiting for my subscription to be "reviewed" for days now, they say to contact support via email if your account isn't successfully reviewed after 48 hours; problem is, there's no support email listed, and emailing support(at)mailpoet.com just elicits more AI slop
* Testing is not possible, it's a straight-to-production pipeline - after days of working around MailPoet's refusal to complete review of my subscription (there's no telling where you are at in the process), I've found out that testing subscription sign-ups is not possible without a VPN; MailPoet hardcodes a rate limit on sign-ups per IP and slows the rate for each sign-up (I'm currently at 2hrs. and 8 mins or smthg)
Despite the inability to test, I did discover that my MailPoet forms aren't working. But only after sending out about 200 emails, essentially ruining my email campaign and setting me back about a year in terms of sign-ups.
