MapCosmos provides an easy way to display a store locator widget on your WordPress website.
This plugin adds a Gutenberg block where you can paste your MapCosmos installation code, and the widget will be rendered on the frontend.

  1. Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/mapcosmos directory, or install it directly through the Plugins screen.
  2. Activate the plugin through the “Plugins” menu.
  3. Open any page or post in the Block Editor.
  4. Add the MapCosmos block.
  5. Paste your MapCosmos installation code into the block.
  6. Update or publish the page.

Where do I get the installation code?

You can generate your installation code from your MapCosmos dashboard.
Documentation

Does this plugin create shortcodes?

No. It provides a Gutenberg block only.

Does it work with classic editor?

Not directly. You would need a block embed plugin or switch to the block editor.

Will this slow down my website?

No — the plugin only loads the MapCosmos widget script when the block is used on a page.
