  1. Upload directory mass_delete_unused_tags to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
  2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
  3. Visit Plugins menu to mass delete your unused tags.

It has been useful. The plugin should be accessed from settings menu IMO. Maybe it is stupid idea, but I am thinking to delete all tags that are used just once. Maybe the plugin can allow user to define number while default is 0 (not used).
