Video conferencing with Zoom, MeetingHub plugin gives you the extensive functionality to manage your Zoom Meetings, Webinars, Recordings, Users, Reports from your WordPress Dashboard directly. The plugin is a great tool for managing your Zoom sessions on the fly without needing to go back and forth on multiple platforms. This plugin is developed in order to make smooth transitions in managing your online meetings or webinars without any hassle and time loss.
External services
This plugin connects to third-party services to provide its core video conferencing functionality and, separately, for licensing/telemetry and update notices. Each service is listed below with what it is used for, what data is sent, when, and links to that service’s own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Zoom – used to create, update, and delete Zoom meetings and webinars, and to manage Zoom users/reports, when you connect a Zoom account in MeetingHub Platform Settings.
It sends your entered Zoom OAuth/Server-to-Server credentials (account ID, client ID, client secret) during connection, and meeting details (title, agenda, start time, timezone, password, duration, and the meeting options you configure such as waiting room, host/participant video, mute settings, and auto-recording) whenever a meeting or webinar is created or updated. If webinar registration is enabled, registrant name and email are also sent. When “Join in Browser” is used, the Zoom Web Meeting SDK is loaded directly from Zoom’s own CDN.
This service is provided by Zoom Video Communications, Inc.: Terms of Service, Privacy Policy.
Google Meet / Google Calendar – used to create and update Google Meet meetings, when you connect a Google account/service credentials in MeetingHub Platform Settings.
It sends your uploaded Google OAuth credentials during connection, and meeting details (title, description, start/end time, timezone, attendee email addresses, and reminder/visibility settings) whenever a meeting is created or updated.
This service is provided by Google LLC: Terms of Service, Privacy Policy.
Webex – used to create, update, and delete Webex meetings, when you connect a Webex account in MeetingHub Platform Settings.
It sends your entered Webex OAuth credentials during connection, and meeting details (title, agenda, password, start/end time, timezone, and options such as auto-record and join-before-host) whenever a meeting is created or updated. If meeting/webinar registration is enabled, registrant name and email are also sent.
This service is provided by Cisco Systems, Inc.: Terms of Service, Privacy Policy.
Microsoft Teams (Microsoft Graph) – used to create and update Microsoft Teams meetings, when you connect a Microsoft/Entra ID account in MeetingHub Platform Settings.
It sends your entered Microsoft app credentials (client ID, client secret, tenant ID) during connection, and meeting details (subject/title, start/end time, duration) whenever a meeting is created or updated.
This service is provided by Microsoft Corporation: Terms of Service, Privacy Policy.
Jitsi Meet – used to host video calls for the “Jitsi Meet” platform option. MeetingHub supports three Jitsi connection modes, selected in MeetingHub Platform Settings:
– Public server (default): when no custom domain is configured, the plugin randomly selects one of several independent, community-operated public Jitsi servers (currently including webconf.viviers-fibre.net, jitsi.member.fsf.org, meet.evolix.org, and video.devloprog.org) to host the call. These are not operated by MeetingHub or Sovlix; each is run by its own independent third party under its own terms.
– JaaS (8×8): when configured with a JaaS App ID, calls are hosted on 8×8’s Jitsi-as-a-Service platform (8x8.vc), provided by 8×8, Inc.: Terms of Service, Privacy Policy.
– Self-hosted: when you configure your own Jitsi server domain, calls are hosted on the server you specify, under that server’s own terms.
In every mode, the room name and the display name entered by the person joining are sent to the resolved Jitsi domain to establish the video call.
Freemius – used for plugin licensing (activating MeetingHub Pro), and for basic usage telemetry that helps us maintain compatibility and provide support.
It automatically sends non-sensitive site data (site URL, PHP/WordPress version, plugin version, and license/premium status) on admin pages while the plugin is active. Admin email is only sent if you opt in during the connection/activation screen.
This service is provided by Freemius, Inc.: Terms of Service, Privacy Policy.
Source Code
The admin interface is built with React and compiled to the minified JavaScript shipped in assets/dist/. The uncompiled source is in assets/src/, with package.json and composer.json in the plugin root.
Installation
From your WordPress dashboard
- Go to Plugins Add New and search for MeetingHub.
- Click Install Now, then Activate.
- Open MeetingHub Platform Settings and connect the service you want to use.
- Go to MeetingHub All Meetings Add New Meeting to create your first meeting.
Manual installation
- Download the plugin ZIP from WordPress.org.
- Go to Plugins Add New Upload Plugin, choose the ZIP, and click Install Now.
- Activate the plugin, then follow steps 3 and 4 above.
Do I need to connect an account first?
No. Jitsi Meet needs no account at all, so you can create a working meeting a minute after activating. Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Webex each connect to an account you already have, from MeetingHub Platform Settings.
Screenshots
Faq
Not to get started. Jitsi Meet needs no account at all, so you can create a working meeting a minute after activating. Zoom, Google Meet, Webex and Microsoft Teams each connect to an account you already have, and their own free tiers are enough for most meetings. MeetingHub never charges you for meeting minutes.
Five: Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex and Jitsi Meet. All five are in the free plugin, and one site can use as many as it needs, because each meeting picks its own platform when you create it.
On the service you picked. MeetingHub creates the meeting through that service’s API and embeds or links it on your site, so the video, audio and recording are all handled by Zoom, Google, Cisco, Microsoft or Jitsi. Your hosting is never in the path of the call.
Three ways, all in the free plugin: the MeetingHub block in the editor, the Elementor widget, or a shortcode. Pro adds Classic Editor support and a front-end form, so members can create and manage their own meetings without ever seeing wp-admin.
Yes. There is a shortcode for a single meeting and another for the whole list, both free. Who sees a meeting is controlled on the meeting itself: limit it to chosen roles or users, or put a password on it.
Free covers unlimited meetings on all five platforms, screen sharing, meeting size, thumbnails and banners, the Gutenberg block, the Elementor widget, shortcodes for a single meeting or the whole list, role and password restrictions, email notifications and Multisite support.
Pro adds recurring meetings, meeting registration, recordings and transcripts inside WordPress, Zoom users and reports, front-end meeting creation and management, WooCommerce and WooCommerce Bookings, Tutor LMS, LearnPress, LifterLMS and Academy LMS, Dokan, WCFM and MultivendorX, Classic Editor support, Google Calendar sync, white labelling and priority support.
The free plugin lets you set the embed width and height and give a meeting its own thumbnail and banner. Pro adds white labelling, which takes MeetingHub’s own name off what your visitors and clients see.
Recurring schedules, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, are a Pro feature. The free plugin creates as many one-off meetings as you like, with no cap.
Meeting registration is a Pro feature: attendees sign up first and the join link follows, so you know who is coming. Pro also surfaces Zoom users and reports inside WordPress, which is where you see who actually turned up.
Yes, with Pro. The WooCommerce integration lets you sell a meeting as a product, and the WooCommerce Bookings integration creates the meeting automatically once a booking is paid for and sends the details to the customer.
Pro integrates with Tutor LMS, LearnPress, LifterLMS and Academy LMS, so a lesson can carry its own live class, and with Dokan, WCFM and MultivendorX, so each vendor runs their own meetings without going through you.
The recording is made and stored by the service you connected, as it always was. Pro is what brings it back into WordPress: a recording list with transcripts, next to the meeting it belongs to, instead of a hunt through Zoom.
Yes, and in the free plugin. Each site in the network keeps its own meetings and its own connected accounts, so one subsite is never able to see or edit another’s.
MeetingHub loads its front-end assets only on pages that actually contain a meeting block, widget or shortcode. Admin assets never load on the front end.
Meetings already created on that service keep their links, because they live on the service and not in WordPress. MeetingHub simply stops being able to create new ones on it until you reconnect. Nothing is deleted at either end.
Deleting MeetingHub from the Plugins screen removes its own settings, connected credentials and cached data. Your meetings are kept, so deactivating or reinstalling never loses your content.

Outstanding Support Beyond Expectations
By sydney sparrow (sparrow9ja) on July 21, 2026
Outstanding Support ā The Best Iāve Ever Experienced!
I donāt usually write reviews, but the MeetingHub team truly deserves this one.
I recently installed MeetingHub plugin for a Zoom meeting on one of my WordPress website. While installing the plugin was straightforward, I ran into some challenges setting up a few critical features exactly the way I needed them for an important scheduled meeting.
I contacted their support team expecting the usual āweāll get back to youā response. Instead, they responded almost immediately and stayed with me every step of the way.
What amazed me most was their commitment. They literally stayed awake throughout the night helping me fine-tune every aspect of the setup to ensure everything would work perfectly before my meeting. They never made me feel rushed, and they patiently answered every question I had.
To my surprise, they even updated the MeetingHub plugin, also added I new feature within 12hours to accommodate my specific needs. That level of dedication is something Iāve never experienced with any software company.
Even after everything was set up, they didnāt disappear. instead they stayed available until my scheduled Zoom meeting was over, making sure everything ran smoothly. And it did without a single glitch. The entire experience was flawless.
In todayās world, it is very rare to find a company that genuinely cares about the success of its customers the way the MeetingHub team did with me. Their response time is incredibly fast, their technical knowledge is exceptional, and their willingness to go above and beyond is second to none.
If youāre considering MeetingHub, donāt hesitate. Youāre not just getting a great plugin, youāre getting a team that stands behind it and treats your success as their own.
Thank you, MeetingHub team. Youāve earned my trust and my highest recommendation
Amazing Support & Super Fast Feature Delivery š
By akbarali98 on April 3, 2026
I requested the Zoom participant report feature, and they said it would take around 7 days. But they surprised me by delivering it within just 2 days!
Really amazing support and quick response. They also improved the Tutor LMS integration to sell meetings as a product, which is very helpful.
Really appreciate their effort. Highly recommended š
Support non-existent and video tutorials innaccurate
By rvsg1 on January 28, 2026
No matter what I try, I can't get this to work correctly. The support is essentially non-existent - they don't answer direct inquiries or posts on the support threads. The video tutorials that they send you to are not accurate. I also only see 10 reviews, all 5 star, so my guess is that this will be hidden as well.
Best meeting plugin

Interested to Buy - Presale Questions
By joykingwar on September 29, 2024
- Does this have the whiteboard feature in Jitsimeet?
- Does the TutorLMS integration allow instructors to create their own meetings in the fronte-end editor without the use of shortcodes from Admin?
If these work, I'll purchase the lifetime plan, it's the core features I'm interested in for my elearning project.

Good Plugin!

Hi, many thank for your plugin. We are testing your plugin with Webex but once we have entered the Client ID and Client Secret credentials and saved them, when we try to click on Connect Webex Account we are redirected to a wp-admin/undefined page that does not exist. We have already tried uninstalling all plugins and the error persists. We are using wordpress 6.5.5. Thanks for your feedback
