MelhorZap Rastreamento para Melhor Envio

This is the official integration plugin between Melhor Envio, WooCommerce, and the MelhorZap API. With it, you can automate sending tracking messages via WhatsApp in a simple, modern, and powerful way.

External services

This plugin connects to an external API (MelhorZap) to send automated WhatsApp messages. It is required to send the tracking codes and status updates.
It sends the user’s phone number, first name, tracking code, and order ID to the API every time a new tracking code is generated or a delivery status is updated, provided that you have configured the messages.

1. Upload the melhorzap-rastreamento-para-melhor-envio plugin directory to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory, or install it through the WordPress dashboard by uploading the .zip file.
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
3. In the WordPress dashboard, look for the “MelhorZap Rastreamento” menu.
4. Enter your Instance ID and Access Token generated in the MelhorZap panel and configure the messages for the events.
5. Save the settings.
