NaNoWriMo Word Count Tracker

NaNoWriMo Word Count Tracker is a beta plugin which tracks your progress in NaNoWriMo. Currently it tracks every word in the blog, by every user, this will be changed in future releases.

1. Upload NaNoWriMo-tracker.php to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
3. You’ll now see “Your NaNoWriMo progress: 2229/50,000” in the top right corner of your admin panel.

What is NaNoWriMo

NaNoWriMo stands for National Novel Writing Month, which is a writing project where particapants take on the task of writing a novel of at least 50,000 words in the month of November. See more about it on the projects site.
