NetScore Loyalty Rewards

This plugin allows you to set up a loyalty rewards system for your WooCommerce store. It includes customer signup points, product review points, referral points, birthday points, and points redemption at checkout.

This plugin connects to NetSuite, a cloud-based business software suite, to provide the following functionality:

NetSuite API Integration

This plugin connects to NetSuite to sync customer loyalty data including:
– Customer points balance and history
– Gift card creation and management
– Order data synchronization
– Tier/level calculations

Data Sent:
– Customer email addresses
– Customer points data (earned, redeemed, available)
– Transaction details (order amounts, gift card codes)
– Birthday and anniversary dates

When Data is Sent:
– When customers earn or redeem loyalty points
– When gift cards are created or used
– During scheduled synchronization events (daily)

Note: The NetSuite endpoint URL is configurable in the plugin settings. Users must provide their own NetSuite account credentials to enable this integration.

1. Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/loyalty-rewards directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress.
3. Configure the settings under the Loyalty Rewards menu in the WordPress admin panel.
