GDPR
The Newsletter Plugin provides all the technical tools needed to achieve GDPR compliance, and we’re continuously working to improve them and to give support even for specific use cases.
We do not collect users’ own subscribers’ data, nor does it have any access to that data: hence, we are not a data processor, so a data processing agreement is not needed.
Anyway, if you configure the plugin to use external services (usually an external mail delivery service) you should check with that service if some sort of agreement is required.
Support
We provide support for our plugin on WordPress.org forums and through our official forum.
Premium Users with an active license have access to one-to-one support via our ticketing system.
Developers
We have a documentation section dedicated to those who want to develop with the Newsletter plugin.
You can find us on GitHub with some examples of addons.

Does it all
By PacificSailors (pacificsailors) on February 22, 2026
I used to use MailChimp and found it too overwhelming with having to go back and forth between WP and MC. Not to mention I couldn't have more than 1000 subs. Now it's all in my WP. And easy to use!
Solid and reliable plugin - works well with S3
By Bettega on January 30, 2026
I've been using the free version of the Newsletter plugin and the experience has been consistently positive. The configuration process is straightforward, and the plugin provides a stable set of features without unnecessary overhead.
I also integrated it with Amazon S3, and the setup worked as expected, with no compatibility issues so far. For users looking for a dependable newsletter solution with clean integration options, this plugin is a practical choice. I recommend it for projects that need a lightweight and well‑maintained tool.
Well Built and Supported!
By wdtp on January 1, 2026
The Newsletter Plugin is one the most well built and supported Plugins I've ever used for WordPress. Highly recommended! It strikes a fantastic balance between power and ease of use.
Works great
By dkoek on December 14, 2025
Works great with a lot of free features. I use it for a small volunteers community. Only problem is how to get a free SMTP server which has nothing to do with the newsletter plugin.
great plugin
By Daniel B (lebus) on November 11, 2025
easy and efficient.. bravo !
This newsletter has never worked properly and only getting worse
By teamyes on October 11, 2025
No matter how many plugin add ons, updates, and other ridiculous number of adjustments the troubleshooting suggests, this newsletter just doesn't send to hardly anyone. I have to do that manually from within a separate email account. I'm finally leaving this and replacing with better. I should have done this immediately, tbh.
Big Improvements on this plugin
By Mr Lampstand (kanga007) on September 27, 2025
Im back using this plugin for my newsletters now, simple to use and big improvements from the old days. Also no dramas like the so called big newsletter companys.
Just what the doctored ordered
By 2cups on August 21, 2025
I have been using Newsletter for a while now, after trying a number of the other popular "newsletter" services. I have to say it has never let me down. It is much more intuitive in how it works compared with other plugins and works right out of the box.
A big "thumbs up" to the developers. Keep up the good work.
No export function, no support
By ecomlux on August 4, 2025
It's impossible to export your e-mails, even after installing an extra plugin provided by them.
The support is unreachable, I created an account etc. impossible to reach out.
This is very disappointing and frustrating.
The absolute solution for newsletters
By Loukas Stamellos (potmos) on August 2, 2025
The Newsletter plugin, either the free version for simple needs, or the Pro version with its add-ons, is the real solution any publisher needs for total control over their newsletters: easy newsletter creation, easy user management, easy integrations.
