This plugin allows you to export WooCommerce orders to Excel files with the following features:

Privacy-first: Your customers’ data never leaves your website and is never sent to external servers or third-party services.

  • Filter orders by date range (Persian calendar support)
  • Select specific order statuses
  • Export all order details including:
    • Order number and status
    • Customer information (name, phone, address)
    • Product details with prices and quantities
    • Discount and shipping costs
    • Order totals
  1. Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/nh2t-orders-export-to-excel-for-woocommerce directory
  2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress
  3. Navigate to WooCommerce Orders Export to use the plugin

Does this plugin work with the latest WooCommerce?

Yes, tested with WooCommerce 8.0 to 11.0.

Can I export orders from a specific date range?

Yes, use date picker to select start and end dates.

What order statuses are supported?

All WooCommerce order statuses are supported.

Is the plugin compatible with WooCommerce HPOS?

Yes. The plugin is fully compatible with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS).

Is customer data sent to an external server?

No. All data is processed locally on your website and is not sent to any external server.

Is the exported file stored on the hosting server?

No. The export file is generated temporarily and downloaded directly to your device. It is not permanently stored on the hosting server.

Does the plugin support the Persian (Jalali) calendar?

Yes. The plugin supports the Persian (Jalali) calendar and can export order dates in the Jalali date format.

Does the plugin modify order data?

No. The plugin only reads order data to generate the export file. It does not modify or delete any order information.
