External services

This plugin connects to the MAX messenger API to send order notifications.

It sends order data to https://platform-api.max.ru/messages?chat_id=... when a new order is placed in WooCommerce. The data includes order ID, customer name, order total, order items, and delivery address. The Chat ID is used to determine the recipient.

Installation

Upload the plugin folder to /wp-content/plugins/
Activate the plugin through the “Plugins” menu in WordPress
Go to “Settings” “MAX Notifications”
Enter the bot token and Chat ID
Click “Send test notification” to verify

Faq

Where can I get the bot token?

You can get the token in your MAX partner account, in the “Chatbots” “Integration” section.

How do I find the Chat ID?

Send any message to the bot “Find ID” (id380124799522_1_bot) — it will send you your Chat ID.

Can I send notifications to a group chat?

Yes. Add the bot to the group, get the group ID via the “Find ID” bot (send it a message inside the group), and enter this ID in the settings.
