How it works

  1. Install and activate the plugin
  2. When a product goes out of stock, the “Notify Me” form appears automatically
  3. Customers sign up — you see them in WooCommerce Waitlist
  4. When stock returns, click “Notify All” to email every subscriber instantly
  1. Upload the plugin folder to /wp-content/plugins/
  2. Activate through the Plugins menu in WordPress
  3. Go to WooCommerce Waitlist Settings to configure
  4. The form appears automatically on out-of-stock products
Does this work with variable products?

Yes. The waitlist form appears on variable products when a variation is out of stock.

Where is the subscriber data stored?

All data is stored in your WordPress database. No data is sent to any third-party servers.

Will the form appear automatically?

Yes. As long as a product is marked “Out of stock” in WooCommerce, the form appears automatically. No shortcodes needed.

Can I customise the form?

Yes. Button text, email placeholder, and success message are all customisable in WooCommerce Waitlist Settings.

Does it work with WooCommerce HPOS?

Yes. The plugin declares full compatibility with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage.

What happens if a customer is already on the waitlist?

They see the same success message — we never reveal if their email was already registered.
