Nventory.io lets you connect your WooCommerce store to Nventory.io, a multi-channel dropshipping and product sync platform.

Two Modes

  • Supplier Mode — List your products on Nventory.io for sellers to distribute across their stores. Manage inventory centrally and let sellers handle the selling.
  • Seller Mode — Connect to a supplier on Nventory.io and sell their products on your WooCommerce store. Products, prices, and inventory sync automatically.

How It Works

  1. Install and activate the plugin
  2. Click “Connect to Nventory.io” — you’ll be redirected to create an account or sign in
  3. Choose Supplier or Seller mode
  4. WooCommerce OAuth connects your store automatically
  5. For sellers: browse and publish supplier products right from your WordPress dashboard

Privacy

This plugin connects to the Nventory.io service at nventory.io to sync your product and order data. By connecting, you agree to Nventory.io’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Data sent to Nventory.io includes: product information, inventory levels, and order details. No customer personal data is shared without explicit configuration.

  1. Upload nventory-io to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory, or install directly from the WordPress plugin directory.
  2. Activate the plugin through the “Plugins” menu in WordPress.
  3. Go to Nventory.io in the admin menu and click “Connect to Nventory.io”.
  4. Follow the setup wizard to connect your store.
Do I need a Nventory.io account?

Yes. When you click “Connect to Nventory.io”, you can create a free account during the setup process

Is this plugin free?

Yes, the plugin is completely free. Nventory.io offers a free seller mode and a free trial for supplier mode.

Does this work with variable products?

Yes. Both simple and variable WooCommerce products are fully supported.

Can I choose which product fields sync?

Yes. In seller mode, you can toggle individual fields (title, description, images, price, SKU, categories, tags) on or off.

What happens if I disconnect?

Your existing WooCommerce products remain unchanged. Only the sync connection is removed.
