If WooCommerce is installed, you can enable automatic product sync in the onWebChat settings. Your AI chatbot will learn your product catalog — names, descriptions, and links — and use that information to answer customer questions accurately. Products sync automatically when added, updated, or deleted, and you can run a bulk sync for existing products at any time.
Absolutely. Product sync is secured with HMAC-SHA256 authentication and a unique secret key. Only essential product data (name, description, URL) is synced — no customer data, orders, or payment information is ever transmitted.
You provide training data in the form of questions and answers. The AI chatbot uses this data (plus WooCommerce product info, if enabled) to answer visitor questions automatically — in any language, even with spelling mistakes. You receive 50 free bot credits on signup to get started.
Everything in the Free Plan, plus: AI chatbot, AI tools, unlimited chat history, operating hours and white-label (remove the onWebChat branding).
After your free 50 credits, AI chatbot access requires the Pro AI Plan. Bot credits start at $6 for 200 chat sessions, with volume discounts available.

If your connection is blocked (for example, by a firewall or server restriction), use your Chat ID instead. You can find it in the onWebChat Dashboard or in your registration email.

I have tried dozens of "similar" chat apps however they ALL left me needing more. OnWebChat exceeded my expectations. The main requirement that I had was that I run 5 businesses - all that need their own live chat experience. My problem was that all other chat apps would each be independent. Juggling 5 live chats, plus emails, plus texting, plus social is way too much. With OnWebChat I can reuse the same chat code which means that I now have one centralized screen where I can provide assisstance to all my live chats. It literally could not be any easier. Features such as having multiple users, online/offline times, AI integration, triggers etc. make it even more valuable of a tool.
I also REALLY like their business model. The app is incredibly affordable considering the amount of value you are going to get out of it. I have made plenty of sales via the live chat on my sites and I always promote this app as being the number 1 go to plugin for live support/chats.
The team does a fantastic job and are always rolling out updates. This plugin will solve the majority of your issues you have with current live chat plugins.

I have tried many plugins with ai chatbot. This one has something different. It has it all, it is very polite and accurate, woo integration not to metion so many other features such as tremendous backend, history, live follow of visitors behaviour, statistics and many others. Well done!

I've tried many chat plugins most claim the plugin is free but this is usually not the case. Onwebchat is the exception here- they offer a free version with limits of 100 chats per month- totally fair in my opinion! There are some other extra features that require the pro subscription which is reasonably priced as well.
The dashboard you log into on their website has a number of metrics you can track including what pages users are currently viewing, customized responses (pro feature) custom chat bubbles, and so much more.
I've reached out to their support team on a number of occasions and they are quick to respond, helpful, and professional- keep in mind, I have not purchased a pro subscription yet and the service level is a breath of fresh air. Give it a shot I think you'll agree!
