Clients Unable to Sign-Up

By miraclesings on October 5, 2017

The form looks great on the backend and the frontend. However, the plug-in simply does not perform well consistently. One address will be accepted, but the second one will not. The third email address may or may not be accepted, then the fourth one will not. There is a very long forum with similar complaints. The only solutions given were the disable-everything-else-on-your-website-then-create-a-new-event-on-getresponse/mailchimp-and-if-that-does-not-work-then-it's-them-and-not-us kind of response.

The best plugin ever!

Thank you guys for this plugin. Please, keep updating it...

Ah, originally an excellent opt-in plugin with 1st class support, too

By listsuk on April 13, 2017

Revised, 13Apr17 Unfortunately I've had to reassess what was a 5-star review and change it to just 1 star 🙁 I still stand below my original review (below), but the relentless spam submissions via this form accompanied by the complete absence of any response from the previously really supportive developer as to how to prevent or filter it out means that I am having to discontinue using it. Pity; it was good whilst it lasted. Excellent plugin, adding really flexible & customisable opt-in boxes. The stock designs didn't quite suit what I needed, but previous (really comprehensive & helpful) answers from the author on the forums walked me through the changes to tailor them for exactly what I was after - first class. Thoroughly recommended.

Not working with iContact

By gurpreetgill on March 7, 2017

This plugin was working great and then it suddenly stopped working. I have a "cannot fetch signup form" error when trying to add in new optin subscribers. I've deactivated, and re-activated the plugin -- same issue. I've deleted and re-installed the plugin -- still the same issue. Please advise.

Used to work, then stopped working

By liagar (liriley) on December 17, 2016

When I original installed this plug in, it was working seamlessly with my contact. Then out of the blue it stopped working. I hadn't received an opt ins for quite some time until someone brought it to my attention. It is a major inconvenience (having to remove this from each page it was operating on) that this company doesn't figure out a way to resolve this issue when it was working just fine prior.
