Sales process flow for new customer

  1. The customer makes an order. No payment will be processed.
  2. Shop owner/ admin approves/rejects the order.
  3. Customer get notification email. If order is approved,payment link will be included. On reject, cancellation mail will be sent to customer.

Will it work with all payment gateways such as paypal,stripe etc.

The plugin has been designed to work with the default Woocommerce payment gateways.woocommerce payment after confirmation. If you are facing any troubles please contact via support.

Can i customise emails for approval and rejection?

No. This is very small basic plugin. I am planning to launch a Order Approval Plugin for WooCommerce pro version for this plugin. So order approval woocommerce pro version will have the feature. If you are looking more features feel free to contact through support forum.

Will it take customer card details while ordering?

No. Customer can make an order without any payment. Later on approval on order they can make payment.woocommerce payment after confirmation only.

What will be the order status after making a new order?

When user make an order it will move to a custom status calles “waiting”. On order approval woocommerce
it will move to “pending”.On Rejection it will move to “cancelled”

The customer received the email to process the payment of the order but after x minutes payment link is invalid?

You can increase the pending payment delay by changing hold stock value in woocommerce settings-> inventory.

I cannot use this plugin as I need the capability to be able to adjust the pricing and add discount to the order upon approval and this plugin doesn´t allow order editing

Poor Support - Poor User Experience

I attempted to utilize a plugin to limit certain product types to the approval workflow. However, the plugin still displays other payment gateways, such as COD, check, etc., as payment options, which confuses customers. Furthermore, if customers choose an alternative payment method, their order is processed without going through the approval process. I tried contacting the customer support team regarding this issue, but they were unresponsive."

Better then other plugins

I had to use this type of approach because my items are not always available, and this plugin is amazing.

Besides a very very difficult theme, and some very articulated plugins and snippets, this plugin is 100% compatible.

Plus I had a problem and they did a release just for me to fix it, simply amazing. Keep going!
