Minimum Requirements

  • WordPress 5.0 or greater
  • PHP version 7.0 or greater
  • MySQL version 5.0 or greater

This section describes how to install the plugin and get it working

Automatic installation (easiest way)

To do an automatic install of Orion Data Merge, log in to your WordPress dashboard, navigate to the Plugins menu and click Add New.

In the search field type “Orion Data Merge” and click Search Plugins. Once you have found it you can install it by simply clicking “Install Now”.

Manual installation

Uploading in WordPress Dashboard

  1. Download `orion-data-merge.zip`
  2. Navigate to the ‘Add New’ in the plugins dashboard
  3. Navigate to the ‘Upload’ area
  4. Select `orion-data-merge.zip` from your computer
  5. Click ‘Install Now’
  6. Activate the plugin in the Plugin dashboard

Using FTP

  1. Download `orion-data-merge.zip`
  2. Extract the `woocommerce-all-discounts` directory to your computer
  3. Upload the `orion-data-merge.zip` directory to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
  4. Activate the plugin in the Plugin dashboard

Updating

You can use the automatic update feature of WordPress to update the plugin safely.

Plugin is not secure

This plugin is not secure because it sends your database dump to the wpdatamerge.com server

To test this plugin I had to fix several bugs to allow this plugin works on my local environment

A very useful tool. It is sorely lacking in the WordPress ecosystem. Judging by the video - the implementation is good. However, at the moment, the plugin does not work, because. API to which he addresses does not answer.
Judging by the code - done very sensibly. Made by professionals. It just looks like it's been abandoned.
