Output Optimizer

Removes line-breaks, tabs, double space, html comments and wordpress head-data from html output.

1. Upload output-optimizer.php to the /wp-content/plugins/output-optimizer/ directory
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
