How it works

  1. Install and activate the Fast Page & Post Duplicator plugin.
  2. Go to Posts All Posts or Pages All Pages.
  3. Move your mouse over any item in the list.
  4. Click Clone.
  5. The copied content will open as a draft. You can edit and publish it.

Faulty Update

A recent update to this plugin has caused the website to display a error message at the top of the page. This has also caused a significant issue with WordPress dashboard login now inoperable. It has been mentioned in posts on the forum but nothing has been done to resolve the issue.

Cloning posts & pages saves so much time!

I love being able to clone a page or post because it will inherit tags, categories, attributes, etc. However, one does have to carefully review all the admin-type fields to make sure to update them, such as the permalink and title. It has saved me a tremendous amount of time for similar posts.
