• In the admin panel under plugins page, click Add New
• go to Upload tab
• browse “PBP Gravity Form BD Address” and click install now
• Click Active plugin
• Increase Upload limit by enter the value on dashboard menu item “PBP Gravity Form BD Address”.
• Enjoy!
