Installation of “PDF Invoices and Packing Slips For WooCommerce” can be done either by searching for “PDF Invoices and Packing Slips For WooCommerce” via the “Plugins > Add New” screen in your WordPress dashboard, or by using the following steps:

Can admin customize pdf invoices generates?

Yes, admin can changes invoice template color theme, font family and labels. More templates and customization options will be availible in premium version.

Can this plugin generate shipping labels?

Yes. apart from this you can also generates packing slips, delivery notes & dispatch labels.

Can customers download invoice?

Yes, customer can download invoice from order detail page from my-account section. And also view option availible in both the order list table and detail page respectively.

How the invoice number will be generated?

It will be auto incremented according to new order. There are reset option also exisist for invoice number.

In the beginning the plugin didn´t work for me but the customer support always tried to help and they managed to fix the issue. Due to my country I needed special customization and they came up with solutions for all my problems. They tried to help wherever they can and I appreciate their help and their fast responses regarding my problems.

Also the plugin itself is great. It has a lot of nice options to customize the invoice and I like that there is a bulk download for several invoices.

I've tried most of the highly rated/popular PDF plugins available. This ones the best by far, highly customisable with template support. Haven't encountered any obvious bugs in years.

Support is also amazing, I had a feature request, basically to display shipping phone numbers in delivery documents. The vendor just gave me the code to do it myself, he responded in a day, and I had it working minutes later. Amazing!
