Weather forecast widget. It uses OpenWeatherMap API to obtain data.

If you want to add custom City ID, download the list from http://bulk.openweathermap.org/sample/city.list.json.gz

Units of temperature measurement available: * Metric (C) * Standard (K) * Imperial (F)

Can be displayed in horizontal (more details) or vertical oriented view (less details, more compact).

Weather descriptive Icon images used are loaded directly from http://openweathermap.org

Thirdparty API

Provided API key is free, with daily usage count limit. If you want to obtain your own free API key, please visit http://openweathermap.org/appid#get To keep the provided free daily API key available, using cached data in settings is advisable.

1. Upload FS Weather Forecast plugin to you WordPress blog (in the /wp-content/plugins/ directory)
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
3. Modify parameters if needed in Settings -> Phee’s Weather Forecast
4. Rate it if you like it 🙂
