Minimum Requirements

Installation Instructions

  • Download the plugin then Upload it to the plugin folder: /wp-content/plugins/ or install it through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
  • Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress

4.5 stars - a powerful form plugin in the pro version

I'd give it 5 stars, but the UI is a little clunky, though probably more flexible than most other WP form plugins.

I purchased the Pro version which can do more than any other form plugin I've tried, including Fluent Forms and Bit Forms. Of course WS Form is still more advanced, but then so is it's price 😉

Unfortunately for the free version, Piotnet don't appear to be maintaining it anymore, as it hasn't had an update in a very long time - maybe they're only supporting the Pro version now?

Best Forms Plugin Hands Down!

On another note, you guys are fantastic; I enjoy working and pushing the limits with your system and even finding out the bugs. Even making the improvements with the Image Upload, I remember when I first requested if your app could take pictures about 2, maybe three years ago on Messenger... you guys got the Image Upload done, then I asked for a multiple file option with min/max, you got that done. Then the (+/-) buttons- it was a surprise how long that took- but you did get it working. Thank you!

I don't use many plugins anymore. I went to you guys, and you added the feature, which is excellent. Your system blows away all the other form plugins. They are weak. We have now taken advantage of remote requests with our API and are building an excellent app with your plugin. For this, I am both thankful and appreciative!

This showed me you guys listened and gained my loyalty!

Gross Company

This company is one of the only form plugins that disable the entire plugin if any changes to the domain name occur, hurting website owners. No other company does this, not even the big ones, because it's a well understood concept to not bork your customers website from a license mismatch. GROSS.

Horrible Support

The plugin is decent once you figure out how things work, but it also has limitations. Documentation is thorough but not up to date. If you need support, forget about it. By the time someone gets back to you if at all, it will already have been too late. Better options out there

Complete, lightweight and versatile form plugin

Worst support I have ever experienced

It is useless to contact this support. If an answer comes, it is absolutely not useful. They don't respond to the support requests, but answer useless stuff and refer to the instructions on their own site, which don't help. Even the simplest questions cannot be answered properly. I have tried with 3 problems with the plugin and 3 times they have been incompetent. A plugin with such poor support is not useful for use on a live site.

Inteface is not working as expected

Hello! Greetings from Colombia. I happen that the plugin does not work for me, where it says "Drop widgets here" this deconstructed, appears in vertical and when dragging the widgets, does not expand, remains small

Great Plugins, Supper bad Support

It's Great Plugins, but Very bad customer support, I have a Lifetime license and I keep asking for help, but no response for more than 3 weeks now.

Support doesn't exist

Bought a licence version and had two issues so far. Contacting support is old school. Where is the support ticket system, or a generic contact form on their site? I don't even get a correspondence that they have received my email. To say they have a form builder they definitely don't utilise their own tools well. I am reluctant to keep this form builder if support is non-supportive. I wouldn't mind but they don't have much documentation to help with simple issues. Edit: Support is improving. Seen a form now on their website. They are replying to my emails much quicker than before.

Do not expect client service or any support. They don't answer emails or messages even if you've paid for the pro version. Great plugin but 0 support.
