Plugonix analyzes every plugin installed on your site and gives each one a health score from 0 to 100, so you can see at a glance which plugins need attention before they become a problem.

Each score is built from five signals:

  • Update Recency (30 points) — how long it’s been since the plugin’s last release on WordPress.org
  • Compatibility (20 points) — whether the plugin has been tested against your current WordPress version
  • Security (20 points) — whether a known vulnerability has been detected
  • Popularity (20 points) — how many active installs the plugin has on WordPress.org
  • Update Status (10 points) — whether a newer version is already available

Scores roll up into four plain-language labels: Excellent, Good, Attention Needed, and High Risk, shown on a dashboard alongside the total number of plugins, active plugins, plugins needing updates, and any detected vulnerabilities.

Privacy

Plugonix does not send any data about your site to external servers. It reads plugin metadata that is already public on WordPress.org (via the standard plugins_api() function built into WordPress) to compare against your installed versions. No site data, plugin list, or usage information is transmitted anywhere by this plugin.

  1. Upload the plugonix-health-monitor folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory, or install directly through the Plugins screen in your WordPress admin.
  2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress.
  3. Go to Plugonix Dashboard and click Run Analysis Now to generate your first report.

Does this plugin slow down my site?

No. All analysis runs in the WordPress admin only, either on a button click or a scheduled background check. Nothing runs on your site’s public-facing pages.

Where does the vulnerability data come from?

The current release checks plugin updates and compatibility signals from WordPress.org. It does not currently integrate with a dedicated vulnerability feed, so known vulnerabilities are not separately detected or scored at this time. Dedicated vulnerability-feed integration is planned for a future release.

What happens to my data if I uninstall the plugin?

By default, your analysis history is kept in case you reinstall. You can choose to permanently delete all Plugonix data on uninstall from the Settings screen.

Does this work on multisite?

Yes. Plugonix correctly detects network-activated plugins alongside single-site activations.
