Add google +1, tweet, and/or fb like buttons to all posts.

All buttons functions and sizes can be controlled on plugin admin page.

This section describes how to install the plugin and get it working.

e.g.

1. Upload plusTwitLike folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
3. Customize plugin in ‘plusLikeTwit” under ‘Settings’ in admin menu
